Thursday afternoons at Morley College (near Waterloo) during term times I am teaching two Yoga sessions focussing on stress reduction and relaxation:

“Yoga to help you set aside time to step back from the worries and stresses of daily life. Experience very gentle and calm yoga movements that help you reconnect and rest. Moving to a place of safety which helps you relax and release tension in the body and helps you let go of patterns which cause stress.”
