SUN AND MOON FESTIVAL
EASTER GATHERING 2019
This festival has a whole week of amazing wellbeing workshops and workshops which expand creativity. It is always a really memorable experience, the people we meet there over the years are really amazing.
My own contribution is a set of three yoga workshops are called “Gentle Curiosity – Scaravelli Somatic Yoga” . Each workshop will explore a particular theme exploring some of the principles of modern yoga in the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli whilst at the same time having loads of fun with yoga.
